South American mate tea, vitamin-rich goji berries, green tea, nettle leaves and dandelion come together to create this delicious tea blend.

Relaxing moments in the evening to bring the body to rest:

The evening blend consists of South African rooibos, lemon balm leaves and peppermint.

Preparation:

• Morning tea: Add 1 teaspoon of morning tea to 250 ml of hot water (80 °C) and brew for about 5 -7 minutes.
• Evening tea: Add 1 teaspoon of evening tea to 250 ml of hot water (90 °C) and brew for 5 - 7 minutes.

Morning Tea Ingredients:
lemongrass, dandelion herbs, yerba mate, goji berries, sencha green tea, ginger root, birch leaves, nettle leaves, goldenrod herbs, field horsetail herbs

Evening Tea Ingredients:
rooibos, lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves, green oat herbs, hibiscus blossoms, elderflower blossoms, lime-blossom, yarrow leaves, cornflower blossoms
