Bittersweet, mild yet very refreshing, this green tea from the Darjeeling region of India is known for its variety of active, vital substances. The hand-picked leaves from the first harvest of the season are qualitatively very different from the other crops.
The golden yellow tea tastes pleasantly flavourful has significantly more active, vital substances than similar green teas.
Preparation: Darjeeling should - according to personal taste and variety - be prepared at a water temperature of 70-80 ° C. Furthermore, one should brew the tea only for 3-5 minutes.
