Go green with plant-based milk!
Plant-based milks are definitely worth trying, especially if you follow Ayurvedic food guidelines. Milk is a Rasayana in Ayurveda, but not all milks have the same benefits. Ayurvedic teachings emphasise the importance of choosing a cow's milk that comes from animal-friendly production. The cows should be milked in the evening and the milk should be drunk when it's still warm. As this presents a challenge, plant-based milks offer a great alternative.
