Description

Sweet chestnuts are known for their sweet, nutty taste. Ground into a fine powder, the chestnut flour makes a lovely gluten-free alternative for baking or use as a binding agent. The flour can be used to bake bread, cakes or bind sauces or soups. It also adds a special flavour to your dishes.

Use:
Simply replace 20% of the flour in your recipe with the chestnut flour. The taste of the sweet flavour also goes well in mueslis, shakes and yoghurt.
