This Organic Locust Bean Gum in organic quality is ideal for binding vegetarian dishes. It has a neutral flavour.

It is great for thickening:

  • Sauces

  • Whipped cream
  • Desserts

How to use:
1 g = 1/2 teaspoon = 1 serving of locust bean gum, which is enough for about 100 ml of sauce or cold liquid, or 200 ml of soup or food that needs only a little binding. It is completely soluble in hot water and makes a jelly in cold water.
