Boiled, stuffed, or smoked- cabbage is back in vogue. It has become common knowledge that you can preserve more than just jam. Ripe vegetables can be easily preserved in glass.
Seasoning salt for sauerkraut or red cabbage and other like vegetables. The spice goes well with cabbage rolls, stews or Irish stew, broccoli and turnips.
Preparation Tip: for homemade stuffed cabbage use 16 g of "Edeltraut" instead of 10 grams of salt a traditional recipe.
