Description
A seasoned salt for roast pork, enjoy this blend with roasted vegetables and Bavarian beer. The seasoning also goes well with veal, beef, and poultry.
Tip:
- Rub into the meat before roasting and let marinate (approximately 1 hour per 1 kg.).
- For seared meat, season after cooking.
