Description

This herbal tea is made from whole, dried blueberries and is odorless with a sweet and sour flavour.

Dried whole blueberries (Myrtilli fructus)

Preparation:

For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
