Description
This tea is made from cut Greek mountain herbs and is made without flavour enhancers, artificial flavours or genetic engineering.
- Greek mountain tea cut (Sideritis scardica)
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
