Oxymel is a time-honoured traditional blend of raw blossom honey, cloudy apple cider vinegar, and carefully selected fresh wild herbs. The extract is gently stirred over several weeks but never heated, ensuring the nutrients are preserved in the best possible way. Honey and apple cider vinegar naturally extract the plant compounds, keeping the mixture fresh and shelf-stable without the need for additives.

Kruut’s Oxymel Kraft combines dandelion, nettle, ground elder, and red clover. It’s the perfect addition to your morning routine, after exercise, or on a strenuous day.

Taste: strong, fresh

Recommended use:

• Add 1 tablespoon of Oxymel to a glass of water, stir and drink. If you prefer, you can also mix it with other drinks (e.g. apple juice). You can also drink several portions a day as needed.
• The manufacturer recommends not taking the same variety of Oxymel for longer than six consecutive weeks to avoid building up tolerance. After a one-week break, you can resume use or switch to a different variety.

Note:
Oxymel should not be heated above 40°C to preserve its valuable nutrients.
