Bibhitaki - balances all three doshas

The Belerian Myrobalane, Bibhitaki in Sanskrit, is a fruit that is very popular in India and is used both in cooking and in traditional medicine. Bibhitaki fruits have a 40% oil content. They are said to be astringent and pungent in taste. What is particularly valuable about the Bibhitaki fruit is that it can bring all three doshas into balance.
