There are many spice blends for venison, but this composition by Sonnentor is fit for an emperor and truly special. Porcini mushrooms, thyme, juniper and allspice contrast with cloves, black pepper and a hint of mustard come together here to create a herby mushroom taste with slightly smoky notes. A subtle hint of sharpness and ethereal-resinous depth add to the taste! It does not contain added sugar, yeast or salt - for an authentic interplay of flavours.
