Description
Bio King's premium organic date sweetener has a pleasantly mild sweetness and is ideal for cooking and baking. It is particularly popular in spicy oriental and Ayurvedic cuisine. The taste is reminiscent of honey with a hint of caramel.

The amount of sugar can be replaced 1:1 with the date sweetener.
