This crescent-shaped bolster adapts ideally to your body's shape, enabling a stable, upright posture while meditating. The cushion is filled by hand with buckwheat chaff (from certified organic cultivation) in a workshop for the disabled in Germany. It is ideal for the lotus and tailor poses.
