Description

Organic Soy Meat Medallions are an excellent alternative to meat. The medallions are high in protein and can easily be sauteed, breaded or fried. The soy is partially defatted and ideal for use in recipes such as bolognese pasta sauce, meatloaf, chili con carne and more.

Naturally contains calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, manganese and zinc.

How to use:

The dry product gives about 2-3 times the amount of ready-to-cook soy meat. Pour about 3 times the amount of hot vegetable broth over the soy meat medallions and let it absorb for at least 20 minutes. Before preparing, drain the remaining liquid and gently squeeze out the excess. Then continue cooking it like meat in your recipe.
