Herbal Salt

• This salt is extracted from the foothills of the Himalayas. It is completely natural, i.e. unbleached, unrefined and made without chemicals. It corresponds to the German Codex Allimentarius.
• Production takes place under fair conditions, whereby each individual chunk of salt is carefully selected by hand, washed several times and sun-dried. The salt is then gently processed into grains.
• Origin: Pakistan

The Varieties:

Garlic: a particularly flavourful blend, it contains 15% garlic, making it perfect for lots of different dishes.

Chilli: contains the unique scent, sweetness and spiciness of paprika and chillies. The mix contains 20% chilli peppers and adds a full-bodied, sweet and spicy flavour to your meals.

Mediterranean: contains a balanced, coordinated selection of herbs and vegetables. As the name suggests, it is the ideal salt for Mediterranean cuisine. Made up of 20% herbs and spices, it adds a special note to many meals.

Asia: contains an exquisite blend of herbs and vegetables that are particularly suitable for Asian recipes. Made with 20% typical Asian herbs and vegetables, the herbal salt has a particularly high proportion of spices.

Herb Garden: is made up of 20% fine herbs and carefully selected vegetables. Enjoy a balanced, tasty blend.
