The roots of the Manjistha - Rubia cordifolia - are used in the Ayurvedic diet. It is gently (below 40°C) ground to a fine powder and mixed using traditional methods. The powder originates from Fairtrade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.

Recommended use:

  • Take 2 x 8 capsules at 0.31g (0.21g net content) between meals with warm water.
  • This dosage is according to Ayurveda.
