Description

This tea is made from peeled ginger root. Ginger has a wonderfully unique scent and flavour and has an intense spiciness to it.

Ginger Root (Zingiberis rhizoma)

Preparation:

For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
