Recipe for Rye Bread
Use: 700 g rye wholemeal, 300 g whole wheat meal, 1/8 liter of water mixed with 6 g yeast and some flour, 1 tablespoon of salt dissolved in 1/2 liter of water; 1 - 2 tablespoons bread spice. Knead bread dough. Let rise. Knead again, divide into many parts, roll into balls. Dust with flour and poke with a fork several times. Let rise again. Bake At 200° C for about 50 minutes.
