Description
Fusilli are a very popular pasta variety and are an indispensable part of a well-stocked pantry. This variety of fusilli contains fermented buckwheat germ and therefore has a pronounced buckwheat aroma, making it ideal for contemporary cuisine. The high content of fibre and phosphorus adds to its nutritional value. It is made by extrusion from traditional bronze dies thereby lending the pasta excellent cooking properties (stays firm to the bite after cooking) and an improved ability to bind with creamy sauces!
Tip: Fusilli are the perfect accompaniment to hearty meat ragouts and salads with creamy dressings.
Preparation: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 6 to 7 minutes in plenty of salted water.
