Description
The olive leaves by Sonnentor are not fermented and thus retain all active substances contained in the fresh leaves. The taste of the olive leaf tea is slightly reminiscent of it fruits. The flavor is slightly grassy with a gently tart aftertaste. Olive leaf teas are best enjoyed in the afternoon or evening with Mediterranean dishes.
