This spice mixture gives adds a hearty finishing touch to a variety of savoury dishes. It contains porcini mushrooms and parsnips, blue fenugreek (Trigonella caerulea), nori seaweed and fruity tomato flakes - a perfectly balanced bouquet of flavours. "Umami" is a Japanese word that describes a hearty taste that flatters the palate.
The vegan seasoning blend does not contain garlic or yeast. All ingredients are organic.
