Sonnentor Yoko's Tofu Spice Mix

Yoko's Tofu Spice is very diverse and gives tofu a tasty touch of flavor. The blend is harmoniously made up of coriander, turmeric and lemongrass. The secret to really nice cooked tofu is a marinade and Yoko's Tofu Spice makes this easy! Yoko's Tofu Spice smells fresh and is reminiscent of a curry.

Tips & Preparation:
Marinate the tofu with a natural coconut milk, soy sauce, Yoko's Tofu Spice, lemon juice, fresh ginger and sesame oil. Fry briefly and enjoy with stir-fried vegetables and rice.
