• The South American Maca plant is a tuber that grows in the highlands of the Peruvian Andes. The plants grow at over 4,000 meters above sea level and are used to harsh weather conditions, which makes them very firm.
• The leaves of Maca plant are eaten as a vegetable. The tuber is used fresh, much like a potato in the western world, or dried to create maca powder.

Recommended use:

• Take 2 whole capsules daily with some liquid. If necessary, up to 4 capsules per day may be consumed.
