Description
Propolis is obtained by bees from tree buds and partly from the bark of various trees (mainly birch, beech, alder, spruce, poplar, horse chestnut and elm). It is a resin that is used for the construction of the hive. The bees use the propolis to fill gaps, cracks and entrances and also to kill viruses, bacteria and mushrooms that could make them sick.
Recommended daily dose:
- Do not exceed 1 teaspoon (1.8ml) daily.
